By submitting this Credit Application, the Applicant agrees that all invoices issued by Keyston Distribution LLC are payable in full according to the approved payment terms stated on each invoice. Credit terms are granted solely at the discretion of Keyston Distribution LLC and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Any invoice that remains unpaid after the stated due date shall be considered delinquent. The Applicant agrees to pay a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law) on all past-due balances, together with any collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, or other expenses incurred in recovering outstanding amounts. Returned checks or declined electronic payments may be subject to additional processing or bank fees. All payments shall be made to Keyston Distribution LLC at the address designated on the invoice or through any payment method approved by the Company. By submitting this application, the Applicant authorizes Keyston Distribution LLC to obtain credit information from banks, trade references, credit reporting agencies, and other relevant sources for the purpose of evaluating creditworthiness. The Applicant further authorizes the listed references to release any information necessary to assist in the credit evaluation process. All decisions regarding the approval, continuation, modification, or termination of credit privileges are made solely at the discretion of Keyston Distribution LLC. The Company reserves the right to revoke or adjust credit terms at any time based on the Applicant's payment history or other relevant factors. All information provided in this application will be treated as confidential and used solely for credit evaluation and account management purposes. By signing and submitting this Credit Application, the Applicant certifies that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
